Returns & Refunds Policy
At LAKKIS, each piece is carefully crafted with meticulous attention to detail and artisanal craftsmanship. We hope that every garment brings you beauty, comfort, and confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy.
Return Period
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and hygiene liners must remain intact

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, perfume, or damage
For hygiene reasons, LAKKIS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn or used

Items with removed hygiene liners

Items returned after the 7-day return period
-
Custom or made-to-order pieces (if applicable)
Swimwear Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and health reasons, all LAKKIS swimwear is delivered with a protective hygiene liner.
Returns will only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains fully intact and has not been removed or tampered with. Any items returned without the hygiene liner, or showing signs of wear, alteration, or use, will not be eligible for return or refund.
We kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over personal undergarments to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all clients.
LAKKIS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these hygiene requirements.

Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
