Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 2–5 business days

  • International: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping costs are complimentary for all orders to the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping, customs, taxes and duties for countries outside the GCC are covered through a flat rate per country calculated and applied at checkout.

LAKKIS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

Delivery timelines are managed by our courier partners and may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control. LAKKIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

LAKKIS cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, LAKKIS cannot assume responsibility for lost or missing parcels. A signature is required by the carrier upon delivery.
